The graphics are a letdown, as is the occasional broken English of the game menus, but the intricacy of the gameplay, the large number of items available, and the character development options make this game worthwhile for RPG fans. Just be ready to put a lot of time into it to develop your character and interact with other players.After a quick install, Ragnarok Online: Valkyrie Uprising requires you to register a player account or play as a guest, which is not recommended, since all your character data will be lost if you ever uninstall the game. The game offers you four initial character classes or Jobs but otherwise no other character customization options save for different hairstyles. The game world, into which your character is plunged is brimming with other players and monsters and quests, being one of the most exciting online communities for Android gamers. The graphics look outdated, but given the game's complexity that's understandable. The game gets a huge thumbs up for all the things it lets you do, including developing your character up to level 75, gaining skills and abilities, battling monsters of all types and varieties, completing small as well as epic quests, dueling other players, and joining raids and guilds. On top of that, there are also server leaderboards for dueling and guilds. Overall, the gaming experience on a tablet is enjoyable, but not as effortless as playing with a joystick would be.For hardcore RPG lovers, Ragnarok Online: Valkyrie Uprising provides a complete mobile gaming experience, offering enough features and social options to redeem its unappealing graphics. Whether it's for you or not depends on how much time you have. If you want quick fun, this game probably isn't for you. But if you want to develop a character and interact with other players from all over the world and are willing to put hundreds of hours or more into doing that, then you may fall in love with this game.
