When you collect 3 fruits, they will explode and disappear from the board. Connect more fruits to get extras such as a bomb or a flash. The various goals are specified at the beginning of each level. For example you have to move all seeds from the top of the screen to the bottom, or wipe all the mud which lays under the fruits.
