As the game gets harder the planets become smaller, further apart, turn faster and the Sun will gain on you more quickly.There are five stages in total. At the end of each stage there is a choice between Easy and Hard, choose hard to ramp up the difficulty, earn more points and find rarer items.If you find a relic of a time gone by, land on the planet it is orbiting to capture it in your tractor beam. Tow it all the way to the end of the fifth stage to open it up and see what is inside (if you dont get to the end, dont worry, you can opt to watch an advert to open it up anyway). Collect all the relics to sell to space hipsters, who love to collect old stuff. The more you have in your catalogue the more you earn for upgrading your ship and increasing the size of your catalogue including new categories.
