Take back the Power.Black Caucus Network - Join us as we create a new paradigm.Our immediate goal is to develop a strong Michigan Democratic Party Black Caucus infrastructure at the national, state and local levels. This will allow us to focus our efforts on generating community empowerment and forming political policies, which will assist in improving education, public transportation, health care resources, and crime prevention in our communities. We will work diligently to increase the number of African American Candidates, to enhance community and individual participation in the political process, increase cultural and economic opportunities, strengthening our families, improving the quality of life in our neighborhoods and improving the lives of our children.
