The link you share can be easily opened in their phones' browsers.The message can be set to be opened by multiple people or only by one (the following people to reach it won't be able to open the message).Once a message has reached it's expiry date, it gets deleted and no one will have access to it.You will get notified when someone opens one of the messages you created.
