We personally dont know other parameters used for maintenance, yet.2) it supports multiple currencies for expenses3) it allows to choose what type of payment was used (cash, cards, etc..) and the currency for it (yes, we thought about cross-border fleet servicing companies)4) it has a feature where the maintenance operations have a warning zone, before they are overdue. The user receives notifications even if the application is not started.5) it allows the expenses to be categorized6) it allows to back-date expenses7) it allows to define recurring expenses and the application will automatically roll-over at due date8) it allows the maintenance operations to be categorized9) it allows to define cyclical maintenance operations; when the operation is executed automatically a new entry is created with the same parameters as before but with a new due date / due odometer / due engine hours10) the user can link payment with maintenance operation and create reports based on financial info11) it creates different reports and charts12) all local reports can be emailed13) the data behind the application can be saved on Google drives and restored from there (only Plus version)The free version is limited by the number of past/current maintenance operations (30) and the number of recorded expenses (100).For details about setting the application and the use case scenarios please visit http://www.micrologicgroup.com/faq-car-maintenance.
