Aside from a few technical issues, Scout always gives a pleasant experience.ProsEnormous toolkit: We love how detailed and immersive Scout by Telenav is, providing information for nearby restaurants and landmarks, such as hours of operation, but also offering lists of activities happening within the week. You can easily connect with friends via Scout and send them invites to events because of this application's integration with your device's phonebook.Reliable and quick: The built-in GPS tool performed well and compared to our experience with applications solely dedicated to navigation. The contact information for local places as well as the recently updated gas prices were always correct, so you should feel confident in Scout's abilities.Great layout: We found the design of this program to be engaging, fun, and roomy. Icons and images are attractive, and everything else is easily visible. The GPS tool can be customized to show a variety of icons to represent your location, making your experience personal.ConsOccasional pauses: Scout by Telenav does not process commands in a timely manner, and we sometimes weren't given any response when objects were clicked. A general feeling of slowness is experienced in all aspects of this program but isn't enough of a burden to discourage extended use.Bottom LineScout by Telenav is a very comprehensive travel application that meets all of our expectations quite well.
