This App provides a free 3-day trial with an In-App Purchase Subscription. This App downloads a folder from your Drive to a local folder on your device. This is different from a sync, in that items put into the local folder from some other place (for example downloads) are *not* uploaded to the drive folder. Its not a sync App, its a download App.The Drive folder is mirrored onto the device, which means that the local folder will be made to contain exactly what is in the drive folder - a mirror image of what is in the drive folder. This is important to understand because it means that any items added locally on the device, to the local folder, will be removed next time the contents of the drive folder are downloaded. What this mean in a practical sense, is that you probably want to start with an empty local folder because when the drive content is downloaded any files from the local folder, that are not in the drive folder, will be deleted. Also, if you get no access to your Drive, its most likely permission was not granted to access the drive when you signed in. If this happens, remove your Account from the device (in the settings), and re-add it when you sign in to Drive Download. You should get 2 dialogs asking for different permissions and you need to grant them both. Now why did I write this software? That is a good question.I own an Android TV with 8 GB of internal storage and I wanted to download to the device, rather than stream from the cloud, the contents of my Drive. While I know I could stream from my Drive I prefer to download the content to local storage where I can access it without using more data or seeing buffering pauses when the network connection is less than optimal.Android TV, from some vendors, makes downloading to local storage a complex process so I wrote this App to make it simple and easy. What I have done with my TV is: (1) insert a 16GB USB stick and format it as external storage, (2) use Drive Download to download everything from my Drive to the USB stick, (3) setup KODI for Android to play content from the folder on the USB stick.Sweet!SUPPORT- Refer to the
