E-Work orders are pushed to the cloud accompanied by Time/Date Stamps, Worksite Address w/GEO map and Classified by Work Order Type (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing or IT) for assignment. E-Work orders are then pushed to every authorized mobile device on the Smart Network within a 15-30 second window of processing an incoming alarm.Autonomous Monitoring of Mission Critical Systems: Any facility with a BMS/CMMS/NOC can be monitored by our Smart Service Network. The Smart Service Network is cloud based therefore no software or hardware is required to monitor mission critical systems 24/7/365. BMS/CMMS/NOCs can be monitored via REST API from any PC or Mobile Device without breaching security protocols that protect client networks. Smart Service Network monitors BETA Site Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, IT and Security systems and generate test alarms for e-work orders according to preset schedules.
