Credit card data is passed directly and securelyto the payment processor and not known byVoteVite. Only the banks will record which Cardbought a vote right. Banks won't know what wasvoted nor where.b. Phone ID are not stored as they are tokenized withan unequivocal mathematical algorithm whichinsures only one vote may happen per phone whileno token can be used to know which phone it wasderived from.c. No email is needed as once paid the systemautomatically casts the anonymous vote in theballot box and being anonymous no vote can beretrieved from it. Hence no payment may bereimbursed because the vote service is deliveredand can't be undone. Hence no customer contactis needed in any post-process.d. Uninstalling the app once done with a vote isrecommended as the statistic are freely availableon the web.(2) By using the app customer are reminded of andexplicitly agree with the policy of one vote per phoneand per card with no reimbursement possibility giventhe anonymous nature of the vote service offered.(3) While part of the funds collected will help operateand develop the VoteVite platform and while 20% willgo to VAT, a portion will go to fund the organization ofthe event. However, that portion will be limited to theamount of votes supporting the view of the organizerssuch that voters opposing the event won't financiallycontribute to it.
