Of note, patient data are not stored in the App.This application is only for informative use and is not intended to provide therapeutic support or diagnosis assistance.It is developed by the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), based upon the U-Prevent webtool developed and owned by University Medical Center Utrecht.The Application has been developed for the ESC Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease Programme, which is supported by Amgen, AstraZeneca, Ferrer, Sanofi and Regeneron in the form of educational grants.
